ABOUT /INSPIRE
Have you ever wanted to make an instantly shareable quote-picture, artsy stock photo in the background, handwritten text in the center, and absolutely no guarantee that the quote is real? That is exactly what /inspire is for. There are two ways to create an Inspirational Quote:
  1. Use the command /inspire. You can decide what the quote should say, as well as who to attribute the quote to and when it was allegedly said.
  2. Right-click (desktop) or tap and hold (mobile) on a message in chat and navigate to Apps > Inspirational Quote. The message content, author and year will automatically be filled in for you.
The Inspirational Quote editor will then let you choose a background and font style for your picture, if you don't like the random choice that Mini has made at the start. You can also click 🎲 Random to re-roll the randomizer.
Once you're happy with the image, click ☑️ Done to post the picture to the chat.

Quote attributions are displayed in the bottom center of the image and have the format - Author (Year), and this option specifies the Author part of it. You can @-mention a user here to use their server nickname. If you leave it blank, your own nickname will be used for the author attribution.

This is also part of the quote attribution at the bottom of the image, with the format - Author (Year). Here you can specify the year that goes in parentheses. You can only enter numbers for this parameter. If you leave this field blank, the current year will be used as the value.
